            So I am a little slow on posting some recipes, but thought I would share one of my       

             husband's fav desserts!  Hope you all enjoy it!

          

          
                    Angel Food Surprise
 
            1 angel food cake (bundt pan shaped one)
          1 can pie filling of your choice (we prefer cherry)
          1 can of sweetened condensed milk
          1 8 oz Cool Whip
          1 8 oz cream cheese, softened


       Layer 1: Take 1/2 of cake, and pinch into small bite size pieces.  
                   Place into bottom of large bowl. 
                   ( I like to use a clear glass one. )  

       Layer 2: Mix cream cheese and sc milk with mixer, pour over cake.  

       Layer 3: Take other 1/2 of cake, and pinch into small pieces.  
                   Put on top of cream cheese mixture.  

       Layer 4: Spoon pie filling on top of cake.  

       Layer 5: Spoon Cool Whip over pie filling.
